April 3rd Pete and Alan who will lead the expedition arrive in Spitzbergen and make final preparations
April 5th The rest of the team arrive in Spitzbergen and have a couple of days to acclimatize.
April 8th The team transfer to Camp Barneo and weather permitting, get dropped on the ice to begin the hike. This will tak 6 to 10 days depending on the conditions they encounter.
